Let’s pretend the previous post didn’t happen, hmm?

Took one Birds Eye Oven Bake Herb & Garlic fish fillet, grilled it until halfway cooked. Took one piece multigrain bread, spread it with cream cheese, put fish fillet on top. Sliced two large green olives stuffed with sundried tomatoes, placed on bread beside fish fillet. Grated small amount of zucchini, sprinkled over top. Grated small amount of cheese, sprinkled over top. Sprinkled small amount of nice, crunchy garlic granules over top. Grilled until cooked.

Delish! Cooking experiment = success.

What to do

I feel like I should blog about something in here because I feel guilty about having blogs and not using them. I still feel bad about having that GJ I never use. Also, I don’t want things to go the way of my old hand-coded web journal that I closed due to never using anymore.

On the upside, wordpress is pretty neato.

What should I talk about? I feel like I want to ramble on about the awesomeness of Tackey & Tsubasa (no, really, why don’t more people love them?) or fangirl over Tegoshi Yuya (♥) but I probably do enough of that on my other blog.

Originally I planned to post about RL writing things or my exciting cooking experiments in here, but I couldn’t really be bothered. Does anyone really need to hear about the 90th time I try to cook something and it doesn’t quite work, anyway? The other day I cooked a bit of chicken with grated zucchini, garlic, parsley, and white wine, added tomato paste and milk at the end and then mixed it all with egg pasta. It was awesome – about the only cooking experiment I’ve done that hasn’t failed. I know that I used more vegetables than just zucchini, only I can’t remember what they are – not that it matters; I can just switch in my other favourites next time I cook it. I might try it with added grated carrot and onion tomorrow night.

I still feel like I need a real purpose for this blog. What’s the point of having more than one blog otherwise? It doesn’t really matter, though. You’ll just have to suffer through my lack-of-blogging-purpose. It’s a terrible affliction. The Japanese should make a live-action drama about it.

I used to have so many blogs but then so many years on lj made me forget what it was like to have different ones. I can just tell I’ll miss all the icons whenever I update this. Whatever.
